Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026

These terms govern your use of The Yonder (theyonder.ai). By using the site, you agree to them.

1. What The Yonder is

The Yonder generates audio content — news-style briefings, interviews, podcasts, and stories — from prompts you provide, using artificial intelligence, including live web research and synthesized voices. All voices you hear are AI-generated. No content is spoken by a real person, and interview "guests" are fictional characters, not real people.

2. Accuracy — please read this one

Generated content is produced automatically from AI research and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, even when it sounds confident. It is provided for information and entertainment only. It is not news reporting, financial advice, investment advice, medical advice, or legal advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Verify anything important with primary sources.

3. Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. We may set limits on generation (such as daily quotas) and may change them. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your prompts and generated content

5. Acceptable use

Don't use The Yonder to generate content that:

We may remove content and restrict accounts at our discretion, including hiding content from public areas.

6. The service

The Yonder is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee availability, that generation always succeeds, or that content will be retained indefinitely — keep your own copies of anything you care about. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (currently zero for free accounts).

7. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
